# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Repliqo (the "Service"). By creating an account or connecting your Gmail inbox, you agree to these Terms.

## What Repliqo does

Repliqo connects to your Gmail account and uses AI to draft replies to incoming emails, based on rules you configure. Each rule runs in one of two modes:

- **Review mode** — Repliqo drafts a reply and saves it for you to review, edit, and approve before anything is sent.
- **Auto-send mode** — Repliqo drafts a reply and sends it automatically on your behalf, without a human reviewing it first, if the draft meets the confidence threshold you've set for that rule.

You choose which mode each rule uses, and you can switch between them at any time.

## AI-generated content — please read this carefully

Replies are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, oddly worded, or just plain wrong. AI drafting is a tool, not a guarantee.

**If you use Auto-send mode, you are responsible for:**

- The rules, keywords, and instructions you configure.
- The confidence threshold you set for each rule.
- Reviewing and adjusting your configuration as needed.

Because auto-sent replies go out without human review, **you are responsible for the content of any reply sent automatically by rules you configured**. Repliqo is not liable for the content, consequences, or outcome of any auto-sent reply. If you're not comfortable with that risk for a given type of email, use Review mode instead.

## Subscriptions and billing

- **Plans:** Free ($0/mo), Starter ($5.99/mo), and Power User ($14.99/mo), each with a monthly AI-reply limit as described on our pricing page.
- **Billing cycle:** Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, on the date you subscribed.
- **Overage charges:** If you use more AI replies than your plan includes in a billing period, you'll be charged a per-reply overage fee (as listed on the pricing page) for each additional reply, billed at the end of that period or on your next invoice.
- **Cancellation:** You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing period. You'll keep access to your paid plan's features until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to the Free plan.
- **Changes to pricing:** We'll give you advance notice by email before any price increase takes effect on your account.

## Acceptable use

You agree not to use Repliqo to:

- Send content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes on someone else's rights.
- Send unsolicited bulk email, or otherwise violate the CAN-SPAM Act or similar anti-spam laws.
- Send harassing, abusive, or deceptive messages.
- Attempt to circumvent Gmail's or Google's usage policies.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

## Service provided "as is"

Repliqo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-drafted replies will be accurate or appropriate for your situation.

## Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repliqo and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service — including damages resulting from AI-generated or auto-sent content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

## Termination

- **You** can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings.
- **We** may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we'll try to give you reasonable notice where practical.

## Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

## Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify users by email or through a notice on the site before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
